Designed as a comprehensive but affordable NAS solution, the QNAP TS-hx86 series is ideal for high-end businesses and are available in 6-bay (TS-h686) and 8-bay (TS-h886) models. It is highlighted by Intel Xeon D-1600 series processors, 2.5GbE connectivity, M.2 NVMe Gen 3 x4 SSD slots, PCIe expandability, and up to 128 GB server-grade DDR4 ECC memory. In addition, the new QNAP TS-hx86 series runs the ZFS-based QuTS hero operating system, which offers business-critical features such as data integrity, inline data deduplication and compression, snapshots, and real-time SnapSync.
