Nutanix has announced more ransomware protection for Nutanix Cloud Platform. These are said to include new threat monitoring and detection, as well as more granular data replication and robust access controls, natively built into the Nutanix stack. Today Seagate Technology plc announced its Storage-as-a-Service platform, Seagate Lyve Cloud. Lyve Cloud is an S3-compatible storage-only cloud that is said to enable always-on mass capacity data storage and activation. Twitter seems to have started labelling tweets with its “hacking materials” warning that contain links to news stories based on hacked or leaked documents. The update is, however, not new as Twitter updated its policy for content related to hacked materials last year.
