The HP ZCentral 4R Workstation is a 1U, rackmount system for maximum compute density. The multi-layered name implies both the use of the company’s “Z” performance as well as HP ZCentral Remote Boost, for virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). The main selling point is that leveraging the company’s remote workstation solution allows power users to work and collaborate from anywhere, without seeing a drop in performance. Intel Explains Benefits Of PMem 200 With DAOS

During the Intel Memory and Storage Moment 2020, Intel shared performance numbers for the Optane persistent memory 200 series in a DAOS instance. These preliminary performance numbers are based on the 2nd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable architecture with Intel Optane PMem 100 Series vs. the Intel Optane PMem 200 Series running in brand new system design. OpenAI Unveils DALL·E and CLIP AI Models That Create and Classify Images

DALL·E is one of two new GPT-3 models from OpenAI. It can create images from any text input fed to it. The other is called CLIP (Contrastive Language-Image Pre-training) that classifies images into categories from arbitrary texts. DALL-E has raised questions regarding copyrights issues since it sources images from the Internet.
