Hold Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, YouTube Responsible for Spreading Hate, Fake News: Plea in Supreme Court

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in Supreme Court is seeking directions for the Centre to form laws that regulate social media and hold platforms such as Facebook and Twitter directly responsible for spreading fake news and hate.
