Today, StorCentric announced its Data Mobility Suite (DMS) general availability launch. DMS is the first StorCentric branded software solution. StorCentric was founded in August 2018, just two years ago. In the short time the company has existed, they have gobbled up four other storage companies. The same month the company was founded, they announced that they would be acquiring storage companies Drobo and Nexsan. Soon afterward, in June 2019, it bought Retrospect, a data backup vendor. Today, IBM announced how they intend to improve their support for Kubernetes in the near future. IBM introduced their first storage for containers in 2017 and has been slowly improving their support since then. In 2018 the computing giant announced plans to acquire Red Hat. IBM was founded in 1911. Over a hundred years old, the company is one of the oldest and most famous manufacturers of computer components and supercomputers. AMD is buying Xilinx for $35 billion (roughly Rs. 2,57,900 crores) in an all-stock deal that will combine the two Silicon Valley chip makers. The deal announced Tuesday puts AMD in a place it wants to be; competing more fiercely with Intel.
