Microsoft Instructs Game Developers to Make All Xbox Title Upgrades Free-of-Cost: Report

Microsoft has asked game developers to offer players upgrades from Xbox One titles to Xbox Series X free-of-cost. This can either be done through the Smart Delivery scheme, or any of the publishers’ own plans.
