Fifteen online platforms — including the likes of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ Hotstar — have signed a new self-regulation code dubbed the “Universal Self-Regulation Code for OCCPs (Online Curated Content Providers)” that involves setting up a grievance redressal mechanism.
