WhatsApp Said to Hire Amazon Pay’s Manesh Mahatme to Lead India Payments Business

WhatsApp has hired Manesh Mahatme, who has worked at Amazon Pay for nearly seven years, to head its payments business. With more than 500 million users, WhatsApp counts India as its biggest market.
